The primary benefits for dental dealers joining ADC are to improve their competitive position versus other national retail operations. ADC improves a Member's competitive position by effectively leveraging the collective
$400+ million in Member retail sales and control of
over 11% of the market to receive best terms available on selected products. In addition, ADC is proactive in developing services that provide the Members a market advantage or help to reduce Member operating costs.
ADC annually reviews manufacturers and their programs. ADC provides a service to its Members by contracting
with a limited number of manufacturers in order to focus members, deliver sales results on a national level, and maximize rebate income.
ADC also offers its Members services which typically are beyond the resources of similarly positioned dealers. These unique, value-added services are highlighted below.

ADC has a national freight program to help Members improve carrier service and reduce their costs on inbound/outbound freight. The service includes development of customized routing guides, communication of routing instructions to manufacturers, prepayment audit of all freight bills, easy-to-use carrier payables reports and monthly management reports providing Members the opportunity to measure internal compliance and initiate vendor chargebacks where appropriate. This program is projected to save in excess of 25% of a Member's freight cost in the first two years of participation and help control costs thereafter.
